Engineering team responsibilities¶

All engineers should feel they have collective ownership of the entire code base, so that a PR can be submitted for any part of the code and associated documentation.

Domain teams have responsibility for specific components and services, leading their development and ensuring usability across the engineering practice.

There should be no concern about asking questions on any aspect of work the engineering practice is responsible for.
